Shipping and Delivery Policy
Dish Bharat Ventures Private Limited, having its registered office at First Floor, B-29, Okhla Phase-1, Okhla Industrial Area Phase-I, Delhi, India - 110020 (“Dish Bharat” “we”, “us” or “our”) manages and operates the mobile/ tablet application and the website available at https://www.shopzop.com/ (“Platform”), through which it, inter alia, facilitates the sale and purchase of products listed and sold by various Sellers (defined below) to the users of the Platform (“users” or “you” or “your”).
This delivery and shipping policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms (accessible here https://www.shopzop.com/terms-of-use/) sets out our policies and procedures in relation to delivery and shipping of products purchased on the Platform.
We, along with the Sellers, aim to provide the best customer experience for you by tying-up and partnering with leading logistics service providers to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience in receiving the products that you have ordered through the Platform. We make all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the products are delivered to you in a timely fashion.
By agreeing to use the Platform and/ or purchasing a product through the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. We encourage you to read and understand the terms of this Policy every time you visit the Platform. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to use, access or transact on the Platform.
- MODES OF SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
- For all orders placed through the Platform, the brands selling their products through the Platform (“Sellers”) shall be responsible for ensuring the shipment and delivery of products listed by it on the Platform. The Sellers shall ensure that orders are delivered to you in a timely fashion and will complete order fulfilment either by: (i) arranging for the shipment and delivery of orders through logistic service providers engaged by them (“Seller-fulfilment” and “Seller-Fulfilled Orders”); or (ii) availing the logistics support provided by third-party logistics service providers (“Authorized Partners”) engaged by us (“DB Fulfilment” and “DB Fulfilled Orders”).
- DB Fulfilment. If the products purchased by you are fulfilled through DB Fulfilment, we shall provide you with the shipping details in relation to delivery of any product(s) purchased by you through the Platform. Our standard dispatch timeline is within 48 hours from the DB Fulfilled Order being placed on the Platform. In any case, the user will be provided with an estimated timeline for the delivery of the products through the Platform upon placing the order. This estimated timeline shall be notified to the user on the order confirmation page displayed at the time the DB Fulfilled Order is confirmed by the Seller. You agree and understand that though we provide logistics support to Sellers in relation to product delivery through our Authorized Partners, the Sellers shall be responsible for handing over the product to the Authorized Partner, in compliance with the policies of the Authorized Partner, for ensuring the safe and timely shipping and delivery of the products to you. We may charge you shipping fees, as may be determined by the Authorized Partners depending upon various factors, inter alia, the shipping speeds, delivery location, shipment weight, etc.
- In case of any issues regarding DB Fulfilled Orders, it shall be the responsibility of the user to provide supporting pictures/ videos of unboxing the DB Fulfilled Order to support their claim. Users may be required to provide such supporting pictures/ videos to verify whether the products delivered to the user were damaged at the time of being delivered to the user. In case of failure to provide such supporting pictures/ videos, or inadequacy of the same in the sole determination of Dish Bharat, Dish Bharat reserves the right to reject any replacement requests raised by users.
- Seller-Fulfilment. The products which are fulfilled through Seller-Fulfilment shall carry the disclaimer “Sold and fulfilled by Seller” on the product information page. The Seller will be responsible for processing, shipping and delivery of any Seller-Fulfilled Orders placed by you through the Platform and for providing the shipping and delivery details of such orders through the Platform. You agree and understand that though we may facilitate communication between you and the Sellers in relation to Seller-Fulfilled Orders, the Sellers shall be solely responsible for ensuring the shipping and delivery of the products to you.
- Seller-Fulfilment of orders shall be governed by any additional terms and conditions made available to you by the Seller or its logistic service providers. Sellers shall be responsible for handling customer service for such Seller-Fulfilled Orders and you may contact the Sellers directly if you have any issues or need information about your order. Sellers shall determine their own shipping charges, depending upon various factors, inter alia, the shipping speeds, delivery location, shipment weight, etc.
- DELIVERY TIMELINES
- You agree and understand that though we endeavour to ship and deliver the orders all across India, we and the Sellers reserve the right to, in our sole discretion, determine a select list of areas which are unserviceable for delivery of products. In the event an area has been deemed unserviceable by us or the Sellers, we shall notify the user at the time of placing an order for purchase of products through the Platform. You may also verify whether an area is unserviceable for deliveries by us or the Sellers by entering the relevant area pin-code on the product information page of the Platform.
- We will attempt to deliver the purchased product to your designated address within the estimated timeline of delivery notified to you. In the event you are not available or present to accept the delivery of the product, we or the Sellers will ensure that a maximum of two (2) attempts to deliver the purchased product(s) to you are made by the delivery agents. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful and you continue to remain unavailable, we and the Sellers reserve the right to cancel the order at our sole discretion and process the return of such product to us. We further reserve the right to deduct the shipping and delivery charges borne by us while processing any refunds subsequent to such cancellation.
- While we and the Sellers make reasonable endeavours in ensuring that products purchased through the Platform are delivered to you within the timeline notified to you, you agree and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed on account of:
- logistical issues beyond our control; (b) unsuitable weather conditions;
- political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, etc.;
- acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and
- other unforeseeable circumstances.
- In such events of delay, we and the Sellers (as applicable) shall make reasonable attempt to inform you. We disclaim all liabilities that may arise on account of our or the Sellers’ failure to inform or notify you of delays in the delivery of purchased products. Further, we shall be under no obligation to compensate you for any claim that may otherwise arise on account of delay in the shipment or delivery of the purchased products.
- In such events of delay, we and the Sellers (as applicable) shall make reasonable attempt to inform you. We disclaim all liabilities that may arise on account of our or the Sellers’ failure to inform or notify you of delays in the delivery of purchased products. Further, we shall be under no obligation to compensate you for any claim that may otherwise arise on account of delay in the shipment or delivery of the purchased products.
- PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
- You agree and acknowledge that to effectuate timely delivery of the products by you through the Platform, we or the Sellers may collect specific information like your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, contact details, etc. You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you through the Platform is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery. You understand that you shall bear absolute liability in case of any failure by us or the Sellers in delivering the purchased products due to your failure to provide correct, complete, sufficient and accurate information at the time of placing the order. It is further clarified that we shall not be liable in any manner and at any point in time due to your failure to provide correct and complete information.
- You acknowledge and agree that Dish Bharat and the Sellers will share relevant personal data provided by you (such as name, contact details, and delivery address) with the Authorized Partners, and logistic service providers, respectively, solely for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering your order. Such data sharing shall be done in compliance with applicable data protection laws of India, and Dish Bharat shall not be responsible for any personal data shared by the Sellers with their logistic service providers.
- Dish Bharat takes reasonable measures to ensure that its Authorized Partners handle your personal data securely and only for the specified purpose of order fulfillment. However, Dish Bharat shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, loss, or misuse of your personal data by such third parties beyond its control. Further, Sellers shall be solely responsible for ensuring that it takes reasonable measures to ensure that the service providers engaged by it handle your personal data securely and only for the specified purpose of order fulfillment.
- By placing an order on the Platform, you expressly consent to such collection, processing, and sharing of your personal data for shipping and delivery purposes. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how to do so. However, withdrawing consent may affect our ability to process and deliver your order.
- REVERSE PICKUP/ OPEN-BOX PICKUP
- If you request a replacement for a product purchased through the Platform, in accordance with our Replacement Policy, our Authorized Partners or the logistic service providers engaged by Sellers will undertake reverse pickup of the products from your doorstep.
- In case of such reverse pickup, you agree and acknowledge that you will ensure the product is packaged securely as per the packaging instructions provided by Dish Bharat or the Sellers to prevent damage during transit. Failure to comply with the specified packaging guidelines may result in rejection of the replacement request.
- At the time of reverse pickup, the Authorised Partners and the logistics service provider engaged by the Sellers will conduct an open-box inspection of the product at your doorstep. If the product does not comply with the eligibility criteria for replacement as outlined in our Replacement Policy, or if it is not packaged as per the provided instructions, the pickup will be denied, and the replacement request may be rejected.
- Dish Bharat and its logistics partners shall not be responsible for any delays, losses, or damages arising due to non-compliance with these return packaging and pickup requirements. For further details, please refer to our Replacement Policy.
- MISCELLANEOUS
- We endeavour to engage logistic partners, employees, agents with the highest regard for ethics and integrity, and require them to behave in a professional and competent manner. You agree and acknowledge that the actions, inactions of delivery individuals are not in our control, and it is not possible for us to monitor and observe each delivery executive. Since we are merely facilitating delivery of a product purchased by you on the Platform, we shall not be liable for any acts or omissions on part of delivery agents, employees, or personnel of logistic partners engaged by the Sellers and/ or the Authorized Partner or their employees, agents, or personnel, or any other concerns of any nature arising out of order fulfilment, including any deficiency in service, wrong delivery of product, time taken to deliver the product, product package tampering, etc. For the sake of abundant clarity, it is stated that any ill-mannerism, impoliteness, discourtesy or offensiveness shown by delivery executives, employees, agents, personnel of the logistic partner employed by Sellers or that of the Authorized Partners is beyond our control and any issue arising between you and such delivery executive, employee, agent, personnel will have to be resolved by you, independently. You agree and acknowledge that you will not hold us responsible or require us to settle, mediate or resolve any disputes between you and the delivery personnel delivering the products to you.
- Once you place an order through the Platform, and the same is handed over to the Authorized Partners or to the Seller’s logistics service providers, a unique tracking identity number, will enable the user in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased products. It is clarified that we engage third party service providers to effectuate deliveries of the products and hence, we do not guarantee the accuracy or correctness of the tracking status, and the status may be subject to inconsistencies arising out of time-lags in updating the information and/ or other technical difficulties which are not in our control.
- We, and the Sellers, reserve the right to charge or collect shipping fees on products purchased through the Platform. Shipping charges may vary based on the value of the product, type of product, area of delivery, payment mechanism, etc. You agree that we, and the Sellers (where applicable) are authorized to collect the shipping and delivery fees for the delivery service provided by our Authorized Partner or the Seller’s logistics service provider. . You acknowledge and accept that the title and risk of all products ordered by you shall pass on from the Sellers to you upon the delivery of the products to you.
- GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
- We shall provide assistance in relation to any user-related grievances/ queries regarding shipping and delivery of products and forward all queries to the Sellers wherever required. Any liabilities arising in relation to the shipping and delivery of products will remain the responsibility of the Sellers.

- GENERAL QUERIES
- What is the delivery time after shipping?
Once shipped, orders fulfilled by DB Platform typically take 4 to 5 days to reach you. If your order includes multiple products, each item may have a separate delivery date and tracking information. While the estimated delivery times are indicative, there may occasionally be unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in the event of any such delays. For items shipped directly by the Seller, the Seller determines the shipping speeds and costs. - What is the cost of shipping and delivery?
Shipping charges can vary depending on factors such as the shipping speeds, delivery destination, shipment weight, etc. The shipping fee will be informed to you at the time of placing the order. - What should I do if I have not received my order even after the estimated delivery date? Usually parcels arrive on or shortly after the estimated delivery date. If the estimated delivery date for your parcel has passed and your tracking information has not changed, you may contact us for DB Fulfilled Orders or the Sellers for Seller-Fulfilled Orders for updates on the delivery date, if any.
When can your order be deemed undeliverable?
An order may be deemed undeliverable for any of the following reasons:(a) despite multiple delivery attempts, you were not available to accept the package;
(b) the address provided was incorrect, or there was a mismatch between the pin code and the area mentioned;
(c) you refused to accept the delivery;
(d) in rare cases, the address label became unreadable during transit;
(e) the package was damaged during transit, preventing successful delivery;
(f) unforeseen local or regional contingencies hindered the delivery process;
(g) adverse weather conditions impacted the delivery schedule;
(h) you could not be reached by phone, and: (i) there was no safe location to leave the package; (ii) security or mailroom personnel declined to accept the delivery; or (iii) an access code was required to enter automated doors, and it was not provided.- What should I do if my order is rendered undeliverable?
All undeliverable packages are returned to logistics centre after two delivery attempts, wherever applicable. In case of:- DB-Fulfilment, we may make up to two delivery attempts to deliver the product. However, if the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be considered cancelled, and any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with our Replacement Policy available at https://www.shopzop.com/replacement-policy/
- Seller-fulfilment, it is up to the Sellers to make attempts to deliver the products. However, if the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be considered cancelled, and any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with our Replacement Policy.
- When does the ownership of the product transfer to me?
Once a product or a replaced product has been delivered to user, the title and risk of loss associated with the product transfers from the Seller to the user. Any risks, such as damage, loss, or theft, occurring after delivery are borne by the user. Additionally, the ownership of the product is fully transferred to the user, and any further claims related to the product must not be directed to the Sellers.
