Replacement Policy
Dish Bharat Ventures Private Limited, having its registered office at [First Floor, B-29, Okhla Phase-1, Okhla Industrial Area Phase-I, Delhi, India - 110020] (“Dish Bharat” “we”, “us” or “our”) manages and operates the mobile/ tablet application and the website available at https://www.shopzop.com/ (“Platform”), through which it, inter alia, facilitates the sale and purchase of products listed and sold by various third-party sellers (“Seller(s)”) to the users of the Platform (“Users” or “you” or “Your”).
We aim to provide the best customer experience to our Users beginning from placing an order to its exchange. While transacting on the Platform, you can expect a hassle-free experience in initiating an exchange of the product that you have ordered and can rely on us as your preferred shopping destination.
This replacement policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms of Use (accessible https://www.shopzop.com/terms-...) sets out the Dish Bharat’s procedures and policies in accepting product cancellation, returns and exchanges. In case of any conflict between the terms of this Policy and the Terms of Use, this Policy will govern to the extent of any inconsistency.
- APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
- By agreeing to use the Platform and/or initiating a request for purchase of product(s) on the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Platform.
- Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that govern your replacement of an order for products on the Platform. Every time you wish to use the Platform, please check this Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
- TERMS OF REPLACEMENT OF ORDERS
- Replacement of Products
- In case you wish to replace a particular order of the products, you may raise request by referencing the unique order number or the shipment number received by you on the Platform or by using any other method, as may be intimated by us to you.
- The time window for cancellation may vary based on different categories and the order cannot be cancelled once the specified time has passed. You can cancel orders for products prior to products being dispatched by the Seller for delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been dispatched by the Seller for delivery.
- Dish Bharat reserves the right to accept or reject the cancellation request for any order. We also reserve the right to waive off or modify the time window or impose cancellation fee from time to time.
- Replacement of Products
- You may initiate a request for replacement of the product if:
- the product is damaged;
- both the product and shipping package have been damaged;
- product is defective or is not in working condition;
- the product is of bad quality;
- parts of the product or accessory is missing; or
- the product ordered is different from what was ordered basis the product description provided on the Platform; or
- seal of the product packaging was broken (“Non-Compliant Product”). You may initiate this request within 48 hours of delivery of the product by creating a ticket on the Platform with clear and identifiable supporting pictures and/ or video of the product.
- You will have to submit a request for replacement only for: the same product.
- Once you submit a request for replacement , you shall receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the request for replacement.
- Please keep the Non-Compliant Products in their original condition, along with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. We would accept the request for replacement of such product subject to the terms of this Policy.
- You agree that we will not accept the replacement request: (i) if the product belongs to non-returnable product category, or (ii) if you fail to raise request for replacement a complaint in relation to a Non-Compliant Product within 48 hours. We reserve the right to reject the replacement request for a product if it does not satisfy the conditions set out under the Policy.
- We will in our discretion verify if: (a) the defects and damages in the products or the non-compliances claimed in such products are acceptable by us, or (b) such defects, damages or non-compliances are due to our default, and will accordingly post verification, accept or reject the request for return. For such verification, we may request you to send us images of the damaged, defective or Non-Compliant Product received and/or allow our personnel to schedule a visit to assess the damage, defect or non-compliance in the product. Further to the assessment of the damage or the concern reported in the return request, we may in our sole discretion resolve the issue in a manner as it may deem fit.
- Your replacement will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by us and/ or the Sellers are fulfilled at the time of replacement of such products, and no damage having occurred post-delivery of the product while in your possession etc. Further, in case of an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. We shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information. We reserve the right to reject a replacement request for a product if it does not satisfy the quality conditions specified under this Policy on our assessment pursuant to its return. We may in such cases notify you and send the returned product back without initiating a replacement .
- Upon successful inspection of the product at the time of pick-up, the user shall be required to produce the invoice and the product to be returned along with the price tag (if applicable).
- We may choose to charge you for a replacement in the event it does not comply with our or the Seller(s) policies.
- Non- returnable products/categories cannot be replaced.
- For any after-sales-related complaints related to brands, you shall adhere to the Seller’s standard warranty terms and guidelines, which are available on the Platform.
- Dish Bharat shall reserve the right to restrict replacement of the items purchased on the Platform if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in our sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
- We will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, we would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
- Your replacement will be initiated only after the product has been received at the Seller’s end.
